In den ersten fünf Minuten werden die Ziele beschrieben. 20 Minuten lang werden dann die Probleme dargestellt. 20 Minuten werden Lösungen diskutiert. In den letzten 5 Minuten werden die Entscheidungen gefällt. Dabei ist einer seiner Grundsätze, dass eine Sitzung immer mit Entscheidungen endet!
